What are your fees?
Buyers Agent fees typically range from $10,000 to $20,000 or 2-3% of the sale price. This depends on a number of factors such as location, type of property, value of property and more. Our fees are tailored to each buyer’s needs (we call it the buyer’s brief) and remain fair and competitive compared to the market.
